Overview

Roster.Plus is a subscription-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing workforce scheduling and employee rostering tools.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions purchased through our platform or payment providers.

Free Tier

Roster.Plus may provide a free tier that allows users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid subscription.

We encourage customers to use the free tier to determine whether the service meets their needs prior to upgrading to a paid plan.

Subscription Charges

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected billing plan.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

When a subscription is cancelled:

  • access remains active until the end of the current billing period,
  • no future renewal charges will occur,
  • previously paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • accidental duplicate purchases,
  • unauthorized or fraudulent transactions,
  • technical issues preventing reasonable access to the service,
  • billing errors.

Refund requests must normally be submitted within 14 days of the original charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • partial subscription periods,
  • unused time remaining in a billing cycle,
  • change of mind after substantial platform usage,
  • failure to cancel before renewal,
  • dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact us first to attempt resolution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of platform access.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.
