Who is Roster+ actually for?
Teams of 5 to 500 that publish a weekly rota — cafés, clinics, retail, small hospitality groups, and back-office ops. If you've outgrown a shared spreadsheet but find enterprise WFM tools overkill, this is the sweet spot.
How is auto-scheduling different from a template?
Templates repeat the same week. Roster+ solves a constraint problem: availability, skills, min/max hours, legal rest windows, and coverage targets. You get a draft that respects all of them in seconds, then you tweak what matters to you.
Do employees need a separate app?
Not on day one. They open roster.plus on their phone, see their week, and accept or request swaps. Native iOS/Android apps are on the roadmap and will share the same account.
What happens with our existing HRIS?
Roster+ is the scheduling layer, not the HRIS. We sync identities, org structure, and holidays from your system via WorkOS Directory (SCIM) and connectors we're rolling out per vertical — so your HRIS stays the source of truth.
Where does our data live?
In a Postgres cluster on Supabase, region-configurable, with row-level security enforced on every table. We never ship a client that bypasses RLS, and no team's rows are ever visible to another tenant.
